How do I place an order?
Open an item, add it to your enquiry bag and note your preferred size. Send the bag via WhatsApp or copy the details to message @cncpt.online. We’ll confirm everything before payment.

Sizes shown are a guide. Send your preferred size with the product reference and we’ll confirm current availability.
How can I pay?
We’ll discuss payment after confirming your order. Direct bank transfer is typically the quickest route. Ask us about PayPal options when you enquire. Payment details are shared privately once confirmed.
How long does UK delivery take?
UK delivery is available. Royal Mail delivery is usually around 10 days; please allow 7–14 days as timing can vary. We’ll keep you informed about your order.
